Compassionate Father,
Teach us to comfort without fear. Remove the lie that love spoils and replace it with the truth that love heals. May infants learn early that comfort is available, and that distress is met with care.
Amen.

God does not withhold comfort to teach strength. He sustains us first, then we grow. Infants learn resilience through being comforted, not ignored.
